At Appraisal Knex, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality valuation services. We pride ourselves on supplying professional services in every aspect of the appraisal process, originating with our team of approved appraisers. All appraiser applications are reviewed by our team of in-house state certified appraisers. To become a part of the Appraisal Knex network, our prospective appraisers are approved based on strict company standards. All appraisers must meet the minimum requirements for experience, while holding all current certifications and licenses. Our appraisers are required to produce quality reports compliant with current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC), and maintain a clean track record in terms of professional competence.
Appraisal Knex requirements and review criteria:
- Appraiser Application
- Appraisal Knex Vendor Contract
- Disciplinary Action Form
- A current State Appraisal certification/license (* trainee applicants will not be considered)
- 3 year minimum field appraisal experience
- Compliance with all USPAP, HVCC, State and Federal Laws
- Maintain a clean background, void of any past or pending lawsuit by a regulatory agency, or fraud or negligence involving an appraisal report.
- 3 Copies of recent work including: (2) copies of a URAR 1004 and (1) FNMA 2055
- Copies of current resume, state certifications/license, Federal Tax Code Form W-9, and E & O Insurance Declaration (minimum $250,000 policy)
